- No real names, workplaces, addresses, or identifying details of partners or kids
- No threats, revenge advice, or illegal instructions
- No mocking male victims or denying abuse
- Crisis → hotlines, not the board
- Mods may edit/reject/remove anything; repeat harm = ban
