For men who feel erased

You are not crazy. You are not weak. You are not alone.

If a partner — a girlfriend, wife, boyfriend, husband, or anyone you live with — love-bombed you, then systematically put you down, gaslit your reality, controlled the story, and made you doubt your worth — that is abuse. This site exists to name it clearly and help you stand on solid ground again.

Why this site exists

A lot of men suffer in silence

Society still underestimates male victims of emotional and psychological abuse. You may have been told to “man up,” that they “just have high standards,” or that if your partner is angry, you must have deserved it. Controlling partners exploit that script.

It is not “drama”

Gaslighting, contempt, isolation, financial control, smear campaigns, and intermittent affection are control tactics — not personality quirks.

You are allowed to leave

Staying for the kids, the mortgage, or the fear of her revenge is common. Leaving can be planned carefully. Safety first. Your life matters.

Your worth is not on trial

A partner who only feels powerful when you feel small is not measuring you — she is feeding on you. Healing starts when you stop arguing with a distorted mirror.

Truth

If she only builds herself up by tearing you down, that is not love.

Narcissistic abuse often looks like high intensity at first — passion, destiny language, rapid commitment — then a long campaign of criticism, control, and reality-twisting. Many men adapt by becoming smaller, quieter, and more useful. That adaptation kept you safe short-term. It is not who you are.

This site will not diagnose your partner. Only a qualified clinician can assess personality disorders. What we can do is help you recognize harmful patterns, reduce damage, and reclaim agency.

“The goal is not to win the argument with someone committed to distorting reality. The goal is to exit the game with your mind, your kids, and your future intact.”
